We love it here and really enjoyed living here, and if we must give up, I would prefer a fellow servicemember benefits!
Market is slow to say the least! If we do not sell in the next couple of weeks, we will be leasing at $1,800/mo including pool maintenance, available Jul. 31 (negotiable on date). I really would prefer a fellow Coastie if that is the case! Also, wanted to let those that I have had contact with already that were interested in leasing know that it is that time!
