This is a small, safe town nestled in the Potomac River valley, near white water rafting, skiing, and hiking. It's practically on the River and famous C&O hike/bike path, and about 4 or 5 blocks to elementary school.

We're now asking $214,900 (down from about $250K). Will help with closing costs, and because some furniture was customed purchased for the home, we'd consider throwing it in.

My payments were about $1,000/mo below O-4 housing allowance. It was like having a second job.
