Moving to Boston in June and heard nothing but great things about the place. Just not sure of where to live, so if anyone can suggest a nice area to rent that includes the heat as part of the rent and has garage/covered parking it would be appreciated. Price range willing to spend is around $1500. Also, if anyone is moving that owns a house and is willing to rent it out let me know. I don't mind driving an hour to/from work.

Thanks... Big Grin

Where are you heading to? I'm heading to Sector Boston in June as well. I am originally from the North Shore and I am trying to get back up to that area (little pricey though). The South Shore is definitely more affordable, If you can find a place a little closer to 93 you should be fine for the commute, Rt3 can be rough at times though. Try Canton and Stoughton, Easton as well , not sure of the area but I believe it is affordable. For out West try Framingham and Natick, decent places from what I here and your right near the Mass Pike although traffic can get pretty Hectic at times depends on when you head in. I just started looking myself, but if you have any questions about the North Shore area feel free to email, atwdmtb30@comcast.net

My house will be available in June. 3BR 1 Bath, Quiet neighborhood, 1 mile from a Super Walmart in Whitinsville Ma. A shade under an hour commute to Boston, 1 hour commute to Newport, RI, 30 mins to Providence. I can offer shared garage space for a motorcycle or smaller stuff but I need to have 2 cars in there. I will be maintaining an Inlaw apartment in the downstairs of the house so in turn I will pay 1/3 of electric bill, water and oil bill, and pay half of Cable/internet. Electric I average under 90 a month, water is 80 or so every 3 months and Oil will be full when you move in and should last until winter as it will only be for hot water. I will also take care of lawn maintenance and plowing in the winter. No security deposit, just 1st and last months rent. Any questions let me know. My private e mail is mycirus at yahoo dot com.

I have a 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom colonial currently for sale in Plymouth, MA. I'm going to change the listing to For Sale or Lease soon.

I'm 45 minutes from Boston and minutes away from Cape Cod. It's great for staying in the area.
