Just wanted to see if anybody rode the BART to Alameda from Concord. Any info would be great or do I have to buy the motorcycle?

I ride it from Pittsburg/Baypoint. That is 2 stations before Concord. It's great, no traffic. Just sit there and relax to and from work. If you are living in housing in Concord you will get on at North Concord/Martinez. The closest you will get to Alameda is either the 12th street station or Lake Merritt. There is a shuttle to take you to CG Island. If that is where you are going or if you are going to the MLC at the federal building you get off at 12th street and walk across the street.

I just found out that I have to drive from Concord to Sector. I don't think BART can help me out there? Over $4 a gallon, this is going to suck!

So, If i am going to Alameda I get off at Lake Merrit? I definitley want to ride the train. My truck is already sucking down in NC I can only imagine the wear and tear of traffic. Thanks for the help.

I think the shuttle for ISC picks up a the Fruitvale station.
