Hi everyone. I am transferring this summer and so I
have to either sell or rent my house in Puerto Rico.
The house is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home with extended
garage and remodeled and extended kitchen. It is
located in the town of Bayamon and it is about a 15
minute drive from Sector San Juan. There are many
great amenities in the area such as malls, movie theaters,
restaurants, megastores, parks, etc...

sold with a fully equiped kitchen as well as the laundry.
In addition to that, the house stays with 4 split unit
a/c's, one wall unit a/c and 4 ceiling fans. In the
garage, I can fit my fullsize 4 door Dodge Ram, my wife's
Toyota 4runner and my VW Scirocco, and if I squeezed
them pretty tight, I could fit yet another car in the
garage. The OHA here in Puerto Rico will more than cover
the costs for either mortgage or rent. Take care...
