Over the past two weeks, there has been a huge increase in listings on this board. Certainly a good thing with the transfer season here, but as a result, we need to add some guidance to ensure everyones listing has a fair chance, and those looking for places, have the answers they are looking for.

1) Please dont start more than one new discussion or thread for the same property. If there are several posts on the same property here, those will be deleted.

2) If your listing has fallen back past page 3, feel free to reply to your own thread to "Bump" it to the first page. Only do this once every few days though.

3) Please give updates on the status of the listing. If its been rented or sold, please post an update so the members here know and please return to check on and answer any questions. If we receive a complaint that you are not responding, the post will be removed.

4) Please list the location, bedrooms, bathrooms, and if its a rental or for sale in the title of the thread. Price is fine as well. This makes it easier for those searching to find what they are looking for.

If I could just add one thing... Make sure that you do not post active hyperlinks to the site where the house is listed. You can list it as a cold link (i.e. take off the "http://www.") The only authorized hyperlinks are the ones that end in .gov, .mil, or the ones listed on the Military and Veterans Associations page, which you can find by looking at the "Discussion Forum Basics" thread.
