Quick and hopefully simple questions to be answered. I just transfered to Virginia. My fiance currently resides in illinois. She currently holds a Emt state lisence. and she needs it for her jobs at the hospital, and fire dept.
My questions is if anyone knows how to get them transfered, or has ran through this process before. I've been looking around and can't really find anything. |

If she is a National Registry EMT I don't think she has to transfer anything.

She will have to apply to the Virginia Office of EMS. She will be given a Virginia EMT-B certification for one year.During that one year she will be required to complete a certain amount of Con Ed. Attached is the link for the EMS Office that will help her out. If you get in a bind send me an e-mail and I'll see if I can help....uscgk9@verizon.net.
