Doing a return tour to Boutwell. I heard a lot about the housing areas, anybody living there that can give me an inside note. I am excited about it. I have heard that Alameda is a little difficult to get into. SO can anyone tell me about Novato or Concord? I have researched but I want the actual scoop. Thanks ahead of time.
