My wife and I are both CG and transferring to DC this summer. We have 2 places we are renting out, both in Chesapeake (about 20-25 minutes from ISC).
One is 2 bed/2.5 bath condo- community swimming pool, new hardwood laminate flooring, new paint, tile in kitchen, fenced patio with storage shed! $1400/month (I'll pay pool fees and all maintenance/condo fees for you)

The other is 3 bed/2.5 bath condo on cul de sac in golf course community. (VERY SAFE neighborhood). one car garage and private driveway. really mint condition, awesome neighbors. Less than 5 minutes to mall and tons of shops/restaurants. $1700/month.

Please let me know if interested in either. I know how it is in the CG so I will be really flexible with you on move in dates, etc..
