If any of you are looking to buy/sell your house and need a realtor contact USAA. They have local agents in your area that work under a certain contract w/ USAA that can save you money. They also have a chart on their website that explains the amt you would see back at closing.
USAA could not match NFCU-- we tried to go with USAA- we got scheduled an agent who never returned my calls- I called USAA they gave me another one- who then promtly quit her job, and then they gave me another one and I said buh bye!! they could not match the % rate, nor could they match the program we used with NFCU-- and we got a nice chunk of change back at closing-- AND since we went with a :biulder Approved lender' the builders paid 100% of ALL the clsong costs-- if we went with USAA they woould only pay up to 2500 instead of 7,000.
so every one needs to shop around to get the best program to fit each individual.
