I forgot to mention:
1) fireplace
2) Washer and dryer area with gas and electrical hookups
3) Huge kitchen (my Southern Mothern-In-Law loved it)
4) The yard can't be described. It is manicured with lit pathways running between palm trees and a variety of plants.
5) The hottub/spa area is private from the rest of the yard (large fence). Two gated entrances and one house entrance to it.

I don't know the poster, but I can say this is a good area. I grew up in Santa Rosa and my best friend lives in the same neighborhood. Easy access to Petaluma and close ( a few minutes) from downtown Santa Rosa. Just a friendly add on...

This place is still up for grabs. The owners really want a military family to move in.

The place sounds very nice.

He might get more interest from E's living on 1 income if he lowers the rent a tad. At $1800/mo (plus utilities) he's looking mostly at O's and 2 income military families.
