Does anyone know what rule 6.2 "permanently ineligible for assignment" under A.S.K. requisitions means?

ASK is an acronym for "Army Satisfaction Key" and it is found on the HRC website. There are several tabs that fall underneath ASK, several of them are: volunteer, preferences, requisitions and "on assignment".

As far as what that means, I would suggest asking someone from your local Personnel office (PSB/PACS) or maybe call your branch manager. I've never heard of that.
