I know someone who applied for a reclass into 37F, Psy Ops. He wrote out his own PT scorecards and BF worksheet. I was wondering when you apply for these schools does the information you provide ever actually make it back to the PLT level? I mean...how would you catch someone doing these things?
No, this information would never make it back to the PLT level.
Why would you even ask that unless it's you that did it and your worried that you will get caught? If you show up for AIT and can't pass the APFT and are overweight - you will get sent back to your unit and will have to serve out the rest of your reenlistment contract in your old MOS.

The DA705 is not the only place that a soldier's APFT and BF status is recorded. It is also in your DTMS record. In fact, all past APFTs are in there as well as current and past flagging and flag removal action. If and when these two records are compared and there is a discrepancy, that soldier will have a lot of explaining to do - whether he passed his latest "real" APFT & BF or not. Look in your AKO ‘my training’ page and it’s there. (If not, click ‘customize view’ and DTMS is on the list of this to add to the display) I would say “good luck with that” to him, but I wouldn’t mean it. I hope he gets caught and pays the maximum price possible.
Speaking of which... Why would the soldier provide these things? The unit admin should be maintaining the APFT record and do the DA5500 screening, not the soldier. The unit should know who is a GO on APFT & BF and make school reservations accordingly. If it is a matter of the soldier being a GO and just 'improving' their score, that would be a wasted effort. He's going to get a record APFT anyway and there is a weigh-in before the start of the course regardless if he has a good DA5500 or not.
Probably what happened is that the soldier was told by a lazy Career Counselor to obtain these documents from his training NCO instead of the Career Counselor going to the training NCO him or her/self to obtain the training documentation.

That's what makes it so funny! The knucklehead is faking an APFT just so he can fail it at Ft. Bragg. Not for nothing but 37F requires a security clearance. Falsifying government documents is a sure way to lose that clearance!
As someone who recently graduated the 37F course, this "soldier" will take no less than 3 record APFTs before graduating. Not all units are good at maintaining score cards. Pencil whipping PT tests happens a lot. I'm not trying to justify it but if a soldier was under the gun to submit a packet and couldn't get someone to give him a PT card then he made one up for himself.
Now if he is a PT failure and wrote up his own passing card, he's a POS and will be found out at the course. Don't worry, he can stay at USAJFKSWC&S until he passes.
Now if he has no problems passing a PT test and normally scores around a 250 and puts himself down for a 246 just because he was short on time, while still WRONG, it's at least understandable.
Bottom line is, if he's a POS person he will be found out. He will take multiple record APFTs and be weighed/taped (if overweight). He will get 3 seperate peer evaluations and PSYOP is a very small community. If he thinks he going to skate through the course, don't worry his whole CoC will know all about him before he even makes it to 4th POG.
That's what happens when you are unclear in your posts and don't check back. I hope you don't do your MP duties like that! Maybe this is why people thunk this is about you!
