Is there a place to find the table for Recruiter Pay? Is it the same as Drill SGT pay?

Yes it's the DFAS web site - as a Veteran you should be familiar with this web site.

I'm familiar w/DFAS. But the pay scale for "special pay" doesn't list Recruiter on it. I was looking for a definitive source, but got an answer from a recruiter, I guess it will have to do.

I would have closed the topic, but I couldn't write you directly without you being my "friend". So, I'll close it after you read this msg.
