I have 3.5 years in service and in january of 2010 I will have 24 months left in my first contract. I am trying to change MOS's. If I re-enlist will I be able to get that option????

Thanks. Yeah I figured. I am new to the Army coming from the Air Force. I have another question. Is Fort Hamilton NY an active base? In other words. Can I PCS there???

Only if there is a vacancy there for your PMOS and Rank.

Thanks for that. I guess in a few months when I am up for re-enlistment. I will give branch a call and see if there are any openings. Than its me thats going to try and be a recruiter
