My reenlistment window opened on August 21. Today I checked my ASK and it said I'm in a fenced in unit, which I already knew, but now it also says my unit is under SLSM. We're not due to deploy 'til late winter/early spring. Does this mean I'm stuck in this unit even if I reenlist for choice of duty station? I've already deployed with this unit once, and I've been stuck at this station since April of last year.
