Questions:

What are the (exact) requirements for the Option 40 Contract?

If one were to pass Airborne school,R.I.P, then pass Ranger school, what are the chances that this person would make it to the 75th Ranger Reg. ? (assuming this person has the 11B MOS)

I am asking these questions because my cousin just enlisted with the Option 40 contract.

Your also not being honest from the start of this thread. If you want answers you should at least take the time to read the READ FIRST at the top of this thread and follow what it says.

You posted similar questions in the Wannabe Forum and in the Recruiting Questions forum. I understand the frustration that led you over here and to hide the reason your asking these questions but most veterans are smart enough to read through the "my friend" or "my cousin" as thats been tried before in the past.

Give respect in any Forum and you'll get it back in return. It works especially so in this Forum. Wendell is right, you should introduce yourself more first.

This isn't a drive-up window where you bark a request into a mike and expect a response in a few minutes back from someone flipping burgers.

Also, I doubt the Marine vs Army thing will happen in this Forum. Just don't start a thread with that title and keep the theme away from that area as much as possible (as you tried to do before).

Well I apologize. I posted the same question in here because nobody would answer my questions in any other forum. And my cousin really did enlist with option 40, I was not lying about that. Please accept my apologies.
