looking for a program that will have me in SF shape by the time i leave for basic. Ive been walk/running with 45 pounds for 2-4 miles 3 times a week, running 2 times a week usualy 2 miles in 13-14 min. rec on upper body and progressive plan to have me in sf shape when i ship in feb. ive looked online but i would like to hear it from someone who has made it through sf. thanks
