Hi, my name is Bridget and I am the proud mother of Cpl. Kyle Place currently stationed in Torkham, Afghanistan. I work at the Tobyhanna Army Depot and we are in the process of doing a supply drive for all members stationed in the Middle East. If you are interested in receiving packages from us please email me your name along with your unit, items that you guys need along with a mailing address and we will put you on our list.

Also if any of you soldiers out there need a pen pal just let me know.

I did a little bit more than that lol. When my son told me that they dont have pillows or blankets or any basic necessities I went balistic. I contacted 13 newspapers, I am doing a segment on the Morning Show this week as well as live interviews with our local news stations on Friday, July 3rd. I also was authorized by Wal Marts Corporate office to set up tables at 15 different locations to do what I am calling the "Community Soldier Drive". I have contacted almost every VFW and Americal Legion within a 100 mile radius of where I live that are also going to participate with me. I want to make this a nation wide effort. The Depot believe it or not for political reasons backed out........makes you wonder. So, I truly am a woman on a mission and ty so much for signing up for the Soldiers Angels. I checked out the website and its great.
