This "birther" crap is/shouldve been an open or shut thing!!. Im always open to suggestion with evidence but pleeeeeeeeezzzze......either they have the proof, or they dont!. When lawyers, politicians, and talk-show hosts are willing to back this nonsense with nothing more than just repeatedly stomping ones feet and shouting it, after lawsuits have been filed and thrown out; O'reilly knows this is a losing deal and conservative backers need to distance themselves from it!!

The difference is the BIRTHERS evidence HAS been presented before court - and then thrown out - repeatedly!!. The 9/11 Truth movement's evidence against the 9/11 attacks is NOT ALLOWED TO BE PRESENTED IN ANY FORMAL OR OFFICIAL FORUM WHATSOEVER - from engineering reports to 9/11 commission submissions to airtime on any news network!.
