He now has the support of Kim Jong in N Korea, Fidel Castro in Cuba and now Moamar in Libya.
I would ask, if anyone else sees the connections. But then I know they do. And as I have said before, Regardless of the politics and position papers and political spin and propaganda in this country from Obama and his campaign, in the middle east, Obama is viewed as a Muslim. Born a Muslim of a Muslim father. Momar takes note in his speech, of what Obama said in his speech a couple of weeks ago, concerning supporting Israel's right to lay exclusive possession to Jerusalem. If there ever was a political lie that a politician has absolutely no intention of either remembering or living up to, that is it. But he was schmoozing the Jews at the time. And as is obviouse by Momar's remarks, the Muslims in the middle east were obviously listening and taking note of that remark. |

Well you can't have your cake and eat it too. You have to decide what to bash Obama for: Being a member of the Wright congregation for two decades or being a super-secret muslim. Seriously guys, aren't his policy issues slightly more important?
 Reading all this Obama conspiracy crap makes me think of the Salem witch trials. |

Again, I have to ask, where is your criticsm for the other side when, for example McCain thought he needed to smooze the religious right by accepting and being proud of Hagee's endorsement (especially after he had already dismissed him as an "agent of intollerance")? As far as seeing the connections, yes, every straight thinking person sees the connections. Doesn't it show that there is a road to diplomacy, because they will actually be willing to talk to the US President, should Obama be the one? Isn't that much better then go on and on with the back and forth about "if you attack me, I will attack you back" or "we have to have nuclear weapons, because the US has them too" or "they don't like us because we are muslims" and vice versa ? Isn't it a move in the right direction to have crazy dictators that are willing to actually SUPPORT the President of the United States instead of having crazy dictators that HATE the President of the United States? Which one is more dangerous? Which one leaves a door open to diplomacy and RESOLVING issues and which one calls for more hate and more war ? |

Nothing, if he is sincere with us all. Is there any doubt that if Mitt Romney had been a Methodist rather than a Mormon he would be the Republican nominee at this time? Huckabee's supporters made sure that would not be the case. However, Romney never shied away from discussing his faith openly. Now if Obama supported the social moral stands of the Koran I would be a volunteer for his campaaign. Problem is, with Obama we get the worse combination -- an image of a Muslim in the Muslim world who, if he takes one too many stands that tick the Muslims off, will be declared an apostate since (by Muslim law) since his father was a Muslim he is as well. Then again, the Christianity he allegedly accepts is a combination of liberation theology coupled with socialistic interpretations of the New Testament. Great. Oh, and on a personal note, if you got your screen name from the movie "Undercover Brother" I saw tht a couple of weeks ago and thought it was pretty funny.  |

Ok, here is what I think: First of all, Obama is not a Muslim, not even through birth. When Obama was born his father was an atheist. He does have muslim relatives, yes, but that alone is not making him a Muslim. What better way to appear to our enemys as one of them? Don't you think they would be willing to negotiate with somebody who appears to be one of them? I mean, that's just a thought... |
