I cant believe this...WTF? Why did we go into Afghanistan in order to "smoke him out" if he isnt even listed as a suspect for 9/11 due to no hard evidence linking Bin Laden to 9/11...
Not only did we not have justification for invading Iraq now, but now we dont have any for invading Afghanistan either? Wow. |

Well ins't that special . . . . It would appear that most Americans (except the military) have forgotten these words spoken seriously and meaningfully by our President and Commander In Chief. What does that tell you about his leadership capabilities ?
I for one do not believe that with the abilities that this country has available in manpwoer and technology we cannot find Bin Laden. It just doesn't make sense. Our CIA and othe covert inserts in that country by now must have some idea where he is. He and his entrouge require arms, medical and food supplies, communication equipment, mobilization capabilities. Our monitoring equipment can certianly should be able to pin point his ***. BOTTOM LINE: it all falls back on the political quasi money game that this war is all about. I say, stop the B/S and get out of both countries and let them deal with their own problems. They created them let them solve them. We'll never see a dime of a war debt and why spend millions more tracking down nut cake war criminals. War Crime Trials didn't work in WW II what makes ya thing it will have a positive effect now ? War Crime trials is great publicity and is just another show of strength by the victor. We should revert back to the old ways, we win you lose and we take your land and anything else we want. Do that a few times and watch how quickly these up start countries think twice before they put a stick in Americas cage. We have enough fire power right this moment to turn Iraq into the worlds largest cat box, but no we plod along plinking and popping at them and pouring billions of dollars into their economy, worrying more about offending their religious or moral standards then we do in simply doing the job and getting the hell outta there. I'm sure some cry baby liberal conservative religious dogooder will respond to this with some psalm singing humanatrian rebuttal that is basically meaningless. Face it, when a war starts there really are no rules. It's kick ***, take names and move on . . . . if we don't we lose. Haven't we learned anything from WW I to the present day. We're running out of people to kill and we don't dare start crap with China. They are quickly becoming a world leader . . . be afraid my friends, be afraid . . . . |

McCain, the good man that he is, has the best of intentions and I think his talk about hunting Bin Laden down is just some more political B/S. It's easy to say and it's easy to make promises (statements) while campaigning, but god forbid if ya win you may just have to live up to those remarks.
Dont forget, McCain is first and foremost a politician with a goal in mind. How come he didn't go for the presidency years ago, when we really, desperately needed someone like him at the helm ???? |

Since when did the American government need HARD evidence to invade another country ? Allegedly the US government has the finest of everything from military hardware to excellent political minds that could certainly talk these ohter countries into just about anything and avoid an armed conflict.
Letting them see one of our battle fleets with our latest carriers should be suficient to scare them half to death. The carrier alone carries enough dectructive power equal to the normandy invasion. It's no joke or secret that the commanders and nost of tht poiliticiainas are ready to bomb the crap, out of our little brown enenmies and get it over with. Bin Laden is no dummy, he's playing a slick and cagey game wih his americn counterprats, He will mnanipulate the scenario unil it benefits him and his regime, in the end he must come out on top. We can;t just kill him and walkaway, dead or alive he has to be brought to trial. Saadam's trial waa a farce but it was necessary to show the people we were serious and it was for their benefit. Basically its a powerful well financed political game organized by The Americans to get a foot hold and control another fledgling county and force feed them our failing democracy. Our government as it sits now is so corrupt and undermined by private investment it can hardly move without getting approval from the private sector. Think that not true or a joke . . . . take a look at the aero space industry. Whose hand are they holding and genuflecting to kiss the ring? Everybody is making a big buck except the grunt on the front line. There is absolutely no need to carpet bomb a country into obvlion destroy it's unilities and agracultural capacity and and turn around while the fires ares still burning and rebuild everything and more and better than it was. We have taken top manpower and material to these countries and built everything better than they had it in the first plcae . . . it makes no sense, the best part is they don't want Americans there. Wake up politicians, get yer asses aoutta there and let them do as they always have done. America would not tolerate for a minute another government telling us what to ahd how to build and how to organize our political Not every country wants to be like America. |
