President Barak Obama has been awarded the 2009 Heisman Trophy as the best college football player in the nation. When it was pointed out to the Heisman Committee that Obama is not a college football player they responded "well, yes that's true, but you know, if he had played football in college, he might have been good, and it is important we recognize that."
