Hi, I am a current 3rd year pharmacy student, wanting to do the HSCP program. However, I also have student loans I need to eventually pay off. Can I do the HSCP and fulfill my 3 year commitment, then re-join and apply to get that 3 years of up to 40K a year student loans payed off? Or is it one or the other? As in, once I do the HSCP I can not apply for loan repayment? Thanks!

I will look when I get to work tomorrow and see what the rule is on student loan repayment. I know for psychologist we can apply prior to our payback being completed, and yes you incur a further service committment. Also not sure about the HSCP and loan repayment.
