so in march 2005 i was given an entry level separation for having a kidney stone that i passed a couple months after i was discharged and i also passed one a few months prior to joining all in all on both occasions it was half a day of inconvenience. since then i havent had any problems so my question is is there a time limit i have to wait for a problem like this to not be a problem anymore then i can get a waiver or am i out forever. i guess my big thing is that its been three years and it hasnt come back
Tyler, First question is what is your RE Code? If 3P then you should be able to get a waiver. If RE4 then you will need to petition BCNR for an RE code correction. This should be relatively easy in your case, unless they discharged you for fraudulent enlistment or something other than medical. If your RE code is 3P then go see a recruiter.
