Hi All,
I'm a senior in High School, and currently in DEP. I'm doing a Senior Seminar Project on Hospital Corpsman. In order to graduate high school I have to either meet or exceed this project. I am having a bit of trouble finding some research on this rating. I am mostly looking for information about the "A" school training. If you guys have any websites or books you know about that might be able to help me ( even if they aren't related to A School). My project involves every aspect of this rating. I pretty much have to be an expert on this job, because I will be presenting it and my project ( which is teaching a class about Navy Health Care Career choices) to a panel board which will either pass me or fail me. Any information reguardless if you think it's helpful or not is greatly appreciated. You can reply here or send information via e-mail.
Thanks All.

Senior in High School.
Sorry if I filled it out wrong, wasn't sure what to put since I'm in E-2 in DEP.

You can add to it "Considering Joining" if you wish.

In the "Bio" section you can add that you are in DEP as an E-2 and what rating.

I think that calling the Naval Hospital Corps School at Great Lakes, Ill would be your best bet (847-688-3413). Ask to speak to the public affairs officer and explain what you need.
