Need information about aerial delivery. My grandson has just graduated tech school and has received his assignment in aerial delivery. He was told that only 1% of the air transportation field has this job. Is that a good thing or bad? I have become addicted to this forum after he joined the air force. Originally posted in general discussion forum.

Is Aerial Delivery a separate AFSC, now or still manned by cargo AFSC's?

When I was at Travis in '69, I was assigned to Aerial Delivery even though I was a 60531.
