What's the deal with (Incirlik) Turkey? Are they still combat zone tax excluded? Are you allowed to go off base? Can you wear civilian clothes? Currently busy? I know they are on 12s, is it 4 on 3 off or 5 on 2 off, or Panama schedule (yeah right!) or do they just work every day like in Balad and the like? Talking about aerial port here.

Turkey is no longer a combat zone. You can go off base, and you can wear civies. YOu're on 5-2 12's. Nothing like Balad.

I like it! I don't like the idea of paying taxes, but I can't stand not being able to wear my own clothes and not go off base. Thanks!

Expect some Little Rockisms there! As we got a team going there. Not saying dates due to TOS. Staying on post isn't so bad...

A COK FENA! COK FENA!
(CHOKE)(FEE NAW) VERY EVIL
A COK GUZEL - VERY GOOD

Don't call them an INEK (cow). That would be COK FENA.
Don't call them a Gypsy or a Bohem. They might pull a knife.
