well things seem to be turning around for me. Had an interview with a hiring manager on friday and one today. Both said they will forward my resume and info from the interview to the HR and i will hear from them via phone or email. Will i have a next interview and is that the one that i discuss salary?
It seemed like the phone interview was to see how i sound and me "selling myself". one interview seemed like they were trying to sell themselves and get me hungry for the job. i think they asked me two questions and the rest of the 20 min was them talking.
The two questions were, is there anything that can make you late or keep you from doing shift work and the other was are you willing to relocate.
