WW1 184th Infantry Regiment.

Formed in May 1915 as part of the 183rd Division (initially 183rd brigade till June 1916) from companies taken from the 7th and 8th division.
It was designated a Prussian regiment.

Is this enough?

I hope this is enough. There are several details about the 184th contained within the division history.
Since it was created during the war and disbanded just before the end references are slim. Veteran's organizations were discouraged during the Weimar Republic so there wasn't any post war association to produce archived material. This detail actually comes from a 1919 US Army document compiled from the intelligence Branch which is where the division 'ratings' part comes from.
