I just turned 36 and I'm seriously thinking about joining national guard as 31b. I've read different things about the maximuim age limit for someone w/o prior service. One place I read said it was 42, another said 35. Which is it? I have 1 year of ROTC from college, but no other prior service of any type. I have a BS in CJ and going on almost 9 years experience as a Police Officer. Please help!! Thanks and b safe!!

Hey,
Since you have more than 60 college credits, I think the age limit for you would be 41. At least that's how it is here in CO. It might differ from state to state, so it's probably best to check with your local recruiter. Good Luck!
