It's been almost 2 yrs since my oth discharge, and i want to go back in. I was Active Army. Someone told me I had to go back in reserve and then go active after a year. But I want to see if I am eligible for re-enlistment or enlisting guard or reserve.

OTH are not eligible for enlistment in the NG. Can not be waived.
