Depends:

Each drill is a number of MUTA's. Each MUTA equates to a day of active duty pay. So a MUTA5 drill is equal to 5 days of Active, Base pay. Please note that does not include BAH(basic allowance for housing),BAS(basic allowance subsistance?)or anything else. Just base pay.

Annual training is paid as if on active duty, but without BAH or BAS.

Base pay is calculated based on rank. I believe there is a payment calculator on this site. Progression thru enlisted ranks is based on time in grade. So, 6 months after signing, you can be promoted to E2, 9 months later to E3, etc. This progresses to E4, where you will stay until other requirements are met for promotion to NCO. The time in grade is flexible, so if you are a dirtbag, you get promoted slower. High Speed joes can get promoted faster.
