I just finished a 3 day Diversity workshop sponsored by the Guard Bureau and taught by a company called Satori. NGB is hosting one work shop for every wing throughout the country. I have 25 years in between active and guard and have been to many diversity training classes. This is by far the best one I have every been to. I highly recommend attending if you can. Contact your HRA to find out when the class will be coming to your wing. You wear civies so all the rank is left at the door. My class conisted of a couple colonels, a few butter bars, 3 chiefs and a bunch of junior NCO's. The class leader was an A1C. I believe the class is limited to 30 people. Its more than just a diversity class, its a lesson in learning how to be a leader as well. Again, I highly recommend volunteering for this workshop when it comes to your wing

We finished our training today, and all I will say is WOW!! By Far the best training I have received.
If the members are honest and open up to the system, they will be in for the ride of a lifetime.
Very powerful and positive. Definitely changed me and I assure you it will change you!
