Age limit is 30, but you can go up to 35 with a state waiver, and 40 with a NGB waiver. If you are thinking about OCS, you need to have 60 hours completed to enroll and 90 hours to commission. You'll have to have a bachelor's degree either promote to captain or promote past captain (I don't remember which one it is). If you're not in right now, talk to a recruiter about enlisting under the OCS option (it'll be the 09S MOS) which guarantees you OCS. You'll still have to get your application packet together, though.

You can also try this website which has a lot of info about the OCS program. If you're looking for ROTC info, I can't help you out there; try talking to the school's recruiting officer or NCO and ask about a Guaranteed Reserve Forces Duty contract.
