was in navy reserves was told was hot on test for thc went to get hair sample done spent thousands on lawyer bur still have oth/re4 all test came back neg on anything fighting for three years now any help out thier to get in army gaurd our reserves

No help to be found out here. OTH is not eligible to enlist in the NG; no waivers authorized. Also, RE4 waivers are suspended right now per NGB.
