Go to the Army Reserves and National Guard Discussion board. I have a sticky devoted to OCS. The bottom line is Traditional Ph II is approximately 1 yr long between your PH1 (2 weeks) and Ph III (2 weeks). Each state is alittle different in how they do drill but they are consistent in the fact that you will drill approx JUL-AUG (yr 1) to JUL (yr 2). As you know while your may be at drill one wknd per month, there's plenty of time devoted to Coord and planning amongst the OCs in any state IOT be successful you will need to devote the appropriate amount of time to be collectively successful. I work in CA's OCS program. MAJ Hoskinson

Major Hoskinson, why does this name sound familiar? Did you have a Dano in your OCS class? Sorry for the thread hijack.
