I was wondering if you where in school if you can switch to the NG from the Reserves as a 09R without being in ROTC. If you are in college, switch over from the Reserve to the NG but as a projected OCS Soldier?

If I've been in the Reserves for a few years and switch over to the Guard am I eligable for sign on bonuses, loan repayment etc etc (obviously depending what job I chose) just like I had never been in before? My previous MOS in the AR I recieved a bonus for.
