Hey, I'm wanting to transfer to active duty from the Guard. How do i go about doing this? How long does it take, and does the request normally get accepted?

go to active duty recuiter he will give you the forms to transer. then you have to go through your unit chain of command to get released. sometimes they dont let you go. sometimes they do and ive seen it take up to 6 months depend on your unit and how slow they are
