I appears what you're asking is how a distuing the peace conviction may effect your security clearance?
Above all, the charges (& final outcome if available) must be reported to your recruiter/RSP. If you fail to do this and try to quietly ship just the same, you will be discharged for failing to disclose the charges and no one will want you in an MI MOS ever again.
1 - it's unusual to have a clearance completed before shipping (you are an example of why).
2 - you must have final disposition on the charges in order to ship in October regardless of MOS. This means a 'not guilty' finding or all conditons the judge may place upon you have been met (fines; restitution; probation; anger management class and such).
After this the variables are too numerous to summarize here. Your recruiter/RSP will let you know what your options are as they become apparent. Be sure to keep in contact with them. One thing is for certain though - you will not ship for 35H if your law violations are a known security clearance NO GO. Good luck; cul8r.
