So after I take the ASVAB and go through all the steps of enlistment and go to the GED Plus Program do I go right from the program to Basic Training or do I get to go home and see my family, then go to Basic, maybe if someone can give me the rundown on the steps that take place from someone that experinced this thank you.

My husband just completed the GED Plus program. To answer your question, no you go straight to basic after graduation from GED Plus. I was however able to attend his GED graduation. If your family lives close they will be able to visit you then. But from there its on to basic training and AIT. Hope this helps you out.
