I was watching the D-Day episode of The War last night. The first part of the episode showed an AAF officer getting married. In attendance was a woman wearing a white uniform with what looked like the CG emblem collar devices and the O eagle cap device. I'm fairly certain this woman was an O SPAR, just wondering if anyone else saw this and can confirm.

After looking at the USCG history site, this woman was definitely a SPAR.

Thanks for the link to that site, very comprehensive. The CG officer eagle cap device is pretty distinctive. I wasn't as sure about the collar devices, but after checking out the site you provided I'm certain that it was the CG emblem on her collars.
