I actually saw one at the Lackland MCSS a couple days ago, but I don't know when you'd wear it.

I'm not trying to put anyone down but why would anyone wear it? It would be like wearing a BMT graduation lapel pin or maybe a Good Conduct Medal lapel pin. I think the pass rate for PME is higher than BMT.
