My sister is looking into joining some form of the military. She wants to be a doctor and I am looking for some information for her. She will be starting her bachelors degree next year and has looked into ROTC. Does anyone know any information about doctoral programs? Which direction I should point her in? Or anyone that will pay for her schooling including a doctor's degree program?

Your best bet is to contact a recruiter. I believe that each service has special recruiters for medical professionals and the local recruiter can put you in touch with the right people.
