this is great combat film, are these sorties from an F-105 or A-1?

If I'm not mistaken it looks like there was an A-1 and F4 shown. Loaded many a bomb on the F4 (70-71)nice to see them hitting the target. We had 2 A-1 skyraiders at Ubon awesome to see them take off at night followed by the F4. Great video 5*.

Those Spads could fly through that stuff, no problem. They flew so low that small arms groundfire was always a threat. Low and slow...That is the tempo..."Sandy" was the Search and Rescue helo escorts, a God send to hear those call letters if you were a downed aviator/pilot. Check out "Flight of the Intruder" for some Hollywood theatrics involving A-1's
Those BDA cameras should have been aimed a little lower so you could see the impact, and not just the plumes. Looked like we fried alot of rice in those shots.
