ok--was wondering ith the obvious fake scenes- but now it makes sense withall the low flying scenes.

just watched it again- WTH? a bunch of it looks liek a simualtor- some/all of the low flying stuff and the bombs- you mean to tell me this is in a IMAX theater?

Maybe I am too critical, but this is similar to showing off 1960's and 70's classic sport cars with some upgraded parts and calling them superior sport cars in this day of 2008.

Both of these jets are due to retire(The F-15 before the F-16)! The real fighter air superiority is in the F-22 and F-35. Of course, only the F-22 is operating on AF bases right now and the F-35 has a few years before it is ready and MC.

Ya, kinda weird, get those Navy jets outa there! I can see where they'd get it all mixed up from Red Flag footage, but damn! Use a tech adviser. Still, some good footage if not CG.

murraymr - Ya, they're old, but 15's and 16's are still pretty badass on this planet. Still good to see a F-15C. Been a long time!

BTW, I was a Tinhead, '83 -'85 and FTD 532 till '87.

Actually Lockheed has taken over the F-16. Will always be the Falcon to me even though they now call it the Viper.
