I can tell that Harry Lime wasn't in Bosnia when Clark almost started WWIII. The Russians made a convoy beeline to the airport in the Serbian Capitol. He ordered troops to stop them and the Brit General (no real love for Brits myself) disregarded the order. Soon cooler heads prevailed and the situation was defused. Apparently the self proclaimed once and future king and savior of the U.S. didn't know his history and the bond between the Serbs and Russians. Who would want this Kerryesque buffoon for President?????

I'd vote for him in a heartbeat. He would be so much better than the idiot pretending to be president right now. But then again I have no real love for republicans myself.

dsgt there was no chance of WW3 starting. It was a diplomatic incident and a military standoff that was defused. There is no way anybody was going to go nuke each other of that.Shows how little you know about russian history.Stick with training soldiers as you know jack about international relations.

He's got my vote too! I much rather have a
former US Military General who has been there an know enough about wars an battles an stradgy
than to have the current administration who just
jumps off at the deep end into a war in two
places at once without any real cause an without
any stratdgy to win. Now look at the aftermath
of the so-called war on terror, got us bog down
in house to house fighting with half enough
Soldiers to do the job? Yes I'm a Democrat and
proud to be, Its the only road to GLORY!HOOAH!!

Funny, in a recent program on the History (or Discovery Times, I forget) the Russians took much more offense to that situation than you believe. And if you want to know the real Wesley Clark, read What Gen. Franks wrote about him.

How in the world can a " ground pounder" be a fluff liberal is beyond me."Without real cause" "Half enough soldiers"Remember 9/11, no attacks since. If we sent 1 billion soldiers over there you would say Bush is war monger, baby killer etc.

I wish he'd just fade away like an old soldier should instead of consistantly embarrassing himself.

Clark is a perfumed Prince and wouldn't know a real Soldier if they walked up and hit him in the face.

Let's see.."the no-fly zone" was costing us $1B a year. During that time the Kurds set up a functioning government, established schools, created a viable nation. Then a bunch of draft dodgers led by a jet jockey, who got lost in Alabama, decide to fight a cheap war. Saw an estimate yesterday that we would spend $3.2 trillion just in medical benefits before the last injured troop from Iraq dies in 50 or 60 years. I hope there are some visionary leaders left in the lower-middle ranks when we finally get out of Iraq to rebuild the military as they had to do after we got out of Vietnam. I'd sooner for for Clark than I would for "no new ideas McCain".

Well at least one of you had it right Clark was FIRED and made to retire. Of course you liberals don't care, you all voted for the traitor Kerry.

I wouldn't vote for him if he was the only one running.
