On my DD214 my separation code and my narrative reason for separation are different than my re-entry code can I have my re-entry code changed so it matches them?

the code on you DD-214,Is, a code,placed on you discharge,In service,the code has a fact of a condition,drugs,....So If you file for compensation...on that code ,DD214,that condition,Is listed on you discharge ,codes are something veterans,never knew,what the code stated,on my seseperation papers Is coded, code 13... code 13 Is 38 501 ab, this will prove I have a medicial disabilty,service connected there Is a way to find out ,what your code Is,take the code and goodle the code,,only the past ,maybe 30 years,are veterans, aware of these codes....If you file ptsd...your code would by a anxiety disorder..
