dave, i have sent the standard 180 form along with the mentioning of the freedom of information act of 1974 to va requesting my military records medical and all files without an answer. the va stated since i have asked a senator and congressman for assistance my records are in some kind of congressional committee and only through my senator can i get my records. what can i do to make the va give me all my records
