My question is about lost medical records.
In 1993-94 I was being seen at Mac Dill AFB they referred me to National Naval Medical Center. I made four trips to NNMC one by POV and three were on Medivac flights from Mac Dill AFB to Andrews AFB. I was diagnosed with Complex Partial Seizures and the doctor prescribed Tegretol. I took it for about nine months. I even had to surrender my driver’s license for six months. My last seizure was 4/94. The neurologist at NNMC was a navy lieutenant, Mark R. Ingram, yes he was really a neurologist with the initials MRI. But I sure he would not remember me. The, VA, Mac Dill and NNMC all have told me they can’t find any of the records for me covering any treatment for that period. My personal records were lost in a fire. Anyone have any ideas? |
